Getting that first pull up has become a very popular goal for people in the exercise space. A pull up is a great expression of functional strength and discipline because it takes time to achieve.
Road to First Pull Up Plan
- Test your current level with 2 different pull up tests.
- Improve these scores with our 8 week program, and hopefully get your first rep.
- 2 sessions per week which are both less than 30mins.
- You will obviously need access to a pull up bar, but also resistance bands and ideally some general gym equipment like dumbbells.
